Charles is a well know personality in the airfreight / airline cargo industry having involved in international business operations for over 40 years, with his global headquarters based in Singapore. He took the initiative to set up MCH Aviation Holding in Melbourne VIC in 2005 as a unique Australian brand as part of his M&C Aviation Group headquartered in Singapore. MCH aviation today is one of the largest Australian brands in the airline GSA industry with its headquarters in Melbourne VIC.

Senaka is a qualified professional in Finance, Accounting and Law with over 30 years’ experience with excellent management skills coupled with strategic outlook and proven leadership ability. He has gained long and extensive experience in freight forwarding, Air Logistics and GSA environments. He is quite familiar with the requirements of CASS transaction processes, procedures and Cargo Sales Return and reporting to airlines. He is holds FCPA (Australia), FCA, LL.B. and MBA qualifications.

Naren Vanigasooriyar is a senior Finance & HR Executive with over 20 years’ experience in fast paced business environments. He holds a Masters-degree in Finance & Business Administration from Australia, CPA (Australia), CIMA (UK) and Banking (SL) qualifications. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Director & Regional Controller -Sri Lanka & Cambodia for Smart Apparels catering to global brands such as Ralph Lauren (Polo), Thomas Pink & Hugo Boss where in addition to overseeing finance & logistics, he was also involved in due diligence work on planned mergers/acquisitions of the group & managing legal, corporate and statutory matters.

With over 16 years of experience, Ashan is the General Manager at MCH for VIC/SA/WA, overseeing cargo and airline services. His strategic leadership has driven business growth and operational efficiency. Ashan has successfully grown the business, expanded the customer base, and improved the operational efficiency and quality in these markets, thanks to his skills in operations management, logistics management, and airline management. Ashan is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering innovation in aviation and logistics, promoting teamwork, diversity, and sustainability within MCH Aviation.

Dilshan Fernando leads the group’s foray NSW/QLD/NT. Besides overseeing the sales, services and operations, he is also a part of the group’s core business development team. He joined MCH in 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience in aviation, with leadership roles in GSSA with major international airlines in the Asian subcontinent / Middle East & Australasia. He is well recognized in the industry with a drive & passion for Sales & customer solution Dilshan’s is also a licence commercial pilot which enjoys flying with a passion for aviation & Basketball.

Tracey commenced in the industry in 1980 based at London Heathrow Airport. Employed by DHL Air Cargo and Lufthansa at LHR. She then migrated to Adelaide in 1988, employed by Qantas. She launched, operated and subsequently sold her GSA business representing CV, KE, TG, UA, EK in ADL. All experience is with Airlines or GSA's, local, national and international as required, Sales and marketing, BDM, operations, customer service, CRM, finance and pricing, yield and capacity management, product management, all aspects of airline operations. 43 years of industry experience.

Rebecca started as Sales Manager in SYD in 2001, with vast experience with UPS, Air New Zealand and Malaysia Airlines through her extraordinary interpersonal and cargo sales skills. Relocated to WA in 2005 and in a management role, overseeing daily operations of the state and managing all product portfolio with her team in Perth.

Karl is a veteran of the aviation industry with over 30 years of experience. He joined MCH in 2007 after a successful tenure as GSA Cargo Manager for British Airways Cargo in Mauritius. Karl's journey with MCH began in 2008. Throughout his career, Karl has built strong relationships within the industry, contributing significantly to the growth of the company. In 2014, he took on the challenge of overseeing all MCH products for Victoria until July 2022 when he assumed his current role. As head of the offshore operation at the CMB Satellite Office, Karl ensures streamlined processes and trains new recruits. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in CMS development/improvement and messaging interfacing with airline systems, showcasing his invaluable expertise and dedication to excellence.

Transitioning from a prominent role with a global tech leader, Shyamike (Mike) Dissanayake embarked on an enriching journey with MCH Aviation in 2017 as a Reservations Executive. Armed with a Bachelor's in IT and a master’s in applied management, Mike’s trajectory evolved swiftly, culminating in the position of Cargo Manager in 2022. Recognized for steering top cargo sales teams and managing diverse product portfolios, Mike earned the privilege of leading as Country Manager for New Zealand in 2024. Committed to excellence in air logistics, Mike thrives on challenges and collaboration, driving success at every turn.

Theo graduated from HEC Lausanne in 2021 with a Master of Science in Marketing Management. His career kicked off at Publicis Groupe in Lausanne (Switzerland), where he honed his skills in advertising and public relations, setting the stage for his transition to Australia in February 2022 where he joined MCH. Theo initially served as a reservation and sales agent, but quickly got into a more analytical position to support the company’s need for improved data management. In January 2024, Theo was promoted to Corporate Business/Data analyst and is actively driving innovation by looking at improving the way we analyze and use data as well as new innovative ways to enhance business performance.

Marian Fernando has been well-established in the aviation industry for over 21 years, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a well-known GSA and freight forwarder in BNE. Marian has an exceptional presence in the Brisbane market with expertise in sales, marketing and operations encompassing every facet of the freight industry. Her passion for customer service excellence is evidenced by her team’s approach to building and maintain successful client relations. She is currently residing as Brisbane branch manager of MCH Aviation.
